RingCentral for Hubspot (Chrome extension): Search for RingCentral Co-Workers (while on live call)
When on a live call, RC for Hubspot offers ability for user to transfer live call to Hubspot Contact only. i.e. - search results yield CRM contacts (see attached image 1)
RC for Hubspot does not offer ability for user to transfer live call to RingCentral Co Worker. (see attached image 2)
For co-worker search to function, Chrome integration would need to search RC users, and perhaps yield Company/CRM/Personal results Reference SFDC integration (see attached image 3)Matthew Ludwig

(current ringtone very loud, sounds like old-school landline) The ringtone sound and the volume of the ringtone is very loud and sounds like an old-school landline telephone. Many users find the sound distracting and "painful."There are no settings to turn this off, change the ringtone or adjust the volume.
