    What we are trying to do is remove the ability of the users who are in a call queue from turning off their call queue calls. I have included a screen shot (RingCentral Image) where the app provides the ability to turn off call queue calls. We would like to remove this option or grey it out so the queue users cannot change it. If the user is not on DND they are always expected to receive queue calls as well as their direct line calls.Ring Central Image 2 shows the admin view where I can see the queue user has disabled their queue calls despite having the 'Allow queue members to change the status' set to Not Allowed. I am aware I can toggle their queue calls back on but I do not want to have to do that. I want the user to be completely unable to disable their queue calls.

    when customer goes to contacts > choose a contact > profile > fax > the phone number where fax should be sent to is the phone number under fax, currently it defaults to primary number

    Only our company contacts are showing RingCentral. But we have 7,653 customers in our CRM database that we want to populate here. We’ve completed the sync and we can initiate a call from the CRM, but the CRM contacts did not sync to the contacts listed in the RC app.

    I have an iphone and you can open the text chat between two people and
    actually print or download the transcript. That is the feature that I am
    looking for. I'd like to actually see the conversation and download a
    report.

    I have enabled the automatic call recording on our account. The issue is that the feature to mute the recording is not working. When my team press the "record" button to stop the recording an error message appears saying the function is disabled and to contact admin. I am admin for the account and have enabled this feature, we have also received confirmation that the recording is turned on however it's not allowing us to mute.
