Ability to download or view SMS transcripts
Hi, as a business owner we need an ability to download or view SMS transcript history, this information is really helpful specially when we have some employees who left or if we want to save it for our records

The ability to download the content of the SMS messages is critically important when responding to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) or Public Records Act (PRA) requests. It is not enough to turn over just which phone numbers communicated via SMS with other numbers - the content must be provided as well.

I have an iphone and you can open the text chat between two people and
actually print or download the transcript. That is the feature that I am
looking for. I'd like to actually see the conversation and download a
report.
