    Another essential and basic feature that is currently missing from RingCentral. Please allow admins to update profile pictures ASAP.

    Hi everyone, Call duration and multiple columns to see more contacts are now live in app! Correct status is planned to be implemented by end of June. Complete parity is still being worked towards. Thanks everyone.

    Also need to be able to have 2 or 3 columns of extensions in HUD so that more extensions are visible simultaneously.
