An error occurred while saving the comment Cory Barnes commentedAgreed! It is a major pain that this isn't a feature.RingCentral expects me to hand type hundreds of MAC addresses.I would also add that it should be included in a pull of all extensions an not divided between limited extensions and user extensions.

An error occurred while saving the comment Cory Barnes commentedAllow for a shared eFax line that can both send and receive, similar to a call queue. This is currently either cumbersome or impossible with both HIPPA and SSO turned on.
Hi, I am aware of custom roles, however, it doesn't seem possible to create a custom role for only one site. It would be nice to give local IT support admin permissions for only 1 site and not company-wide admin permissions. I can somewhat implement this with call queue managers and user groups. I lack the ability to give control of the site rules or IVRs to a site admin. An example of the benefit of this would be during inclement weather. It would be nice if a site admin could override the sites rules and send calls to an inclement weather menu during such an event, instead of calling into HQ to have this done.
