Create feature that shows similar data using Analytics report and Call logs excel file. Downloaded excel file from Call logs shows different data using Analytics portal. Total number of outbound calls shows different number when compared to Analytics portal's total no. of external calls.

Currently, call logs can only be manually downloaded from reports. It would be nice to be able to archive the phone logs in the Archiver feature. Currently the Archiver can backup/sync Call recordings, Voicemails, SMS & Fax but not Phone call logs. It would be nice to have a CSV of the call logs Archived automatically.

Hello, We would like to be able to export the call path for calls to our Corporate call queue. I can view the call path in the performance reports, under Calls, but when I try to export to excel the call path information is not being exported.
