    The need to have true Call Handling Modes (CHM) similar to both Mitel Connect and Mitel MiCollab Client. Preset options for what happens calls based on the CHM as well as the presence displayed for each users status.

    In general the HUD needs to have more flexibility to allow users to filter and arrange contacts. Vertical to start with to use less desktop real estate. Dock the HUD on across the top, bottom or either side like a tool bar. Add Drag & Drop transfer options.

    Basically introduce several of the ShoreTel/Mitel Connect ease of use features that have been around since the late 2000's!
