Feature Request: Ability to Block Internal Users/Numbers Within the Same RingCentral Account
Request Summary:
Customer is requesting the ability to block calls from internal RingCentral users/numbers within the same account.
Current Behavior:
The customer attempted to block internal number (402) 258-3646 associated with Extension 3805 from reaching Extension 3772. However, the call blocking feature does not apply to internal RingCentral numbers, as it currently only supports blocking external numbers.
Requested Enhancement:
Add functionality that allows administrators or users to block specific internal extensions/numbers within the same RingCentral account.
Business Impact:
Customers may require the ability to restrict communication from specific internal users or extensions for call management, privacy, or operational reasons. Providing this option would improve call control and flexibility within the platform.
