Vertical to start with to use less desktop real estate. Dock the HUD on across the top, bottom or either side like a tool bar. Add Drag & Drop transfer options.
Basically introduce several of the ShoreTel/Mitel Connect ease of use features that have been around since the late 2000's!

Update March 2024: This feature has been delayed. Current estimated timeline is Q4 2024.
Planned for Q2 2024.
