    This also applies to the missed call notifications. Would be very handy to have the contact name as well as the phone number.

    So this is a little tricky to answer. The idea is specifically for our Hubspot Chrome extension, which we are in the long process of retiring. But it has been replaced by a much more modern and all together better integration: our new Hubspot native integration. This new integration does support call transfers.
