An error occurred while saving the comment Dave commentedI manage RC for a healthcare organization. In the event of a code blue (patient in critical condition or requires resuscitation) we need to page at least 100 phones. In some circumstances this can be literally a life or death feature. If bandwidth is the limitation maybe implement an on prem agent to receive and pass on the page. It would also be nice if the app and Teams plug-in could receive pages.

Many companies are trying to do away with antiquated desk phones. Until RingCentral apps (all of them) can receive a page we will be stuck with desk phones consuming a license, taking up space, and gathering dust just to hear a page.
