    Subject: Remove message and text
    Description: How can we get rid of these so users don’t see them in the app. We don’t want users to be able to message with the app either. Its another form of governance. We want users to only use teams for messaging.

    Subject: Stop users from changing auto answer settings
    Description: We have auto answer switched on but I want to be able to prevent the agents from changing the settings and turning this off on their softphones. Is there a way we can set this so the agents can't change the setting themselves?

    Subject: MIssing messages
    Description: Apparently some people aren’t getting my texts, and I’m not getting some as well. For example, one client I was in a group chat with between borrower and LO, the LO could see my text but it appeared the borrower could not. Similarly, in one text thread, I was seeing some messages from borrowers, but now I’m not. Is there a way I can submit screenshots?

    Description: The customer currently has on their MiCloud system the following key presses. can these be duplicated to the RC IVR Menu's.

    #: login to voicemail
    Timeout: connect to extension after 1st prompt, not 3rd.
    To Many Errors: Hang Up
    Invalid entries: Repeat Prompt
    Multiple Digits: Connect to extension.

    When creating a second webinar, a user is unable to invite any cohosts or panelist receiving an error message that she is able to invite 0 more.
    We have checked and she has not invited anybody and recreated the webinar just in case.

    When you call the main number to our company during after hours, it gets routed to an after hours IVR menu (ext 88890) that we set up. For the IVR menu, you can press option 1 to go to a specific extension (ext 1278) or option 2 to go to a ring group (ext 1020).
    We want to make it if someone presses 1 but it does not get answered, to automatically roll over to option 2. We want the opposite to happen as well. We only want this to happen during after hours when this IVR is active and not during regular business hours.
    Is this possible? Thanks!
