   One of our users receives MFA codes to (954) ***-XXXX, but yesterday, a user requested a code around 7:20pm Eastern, and the MFA code was never received.
   I believe they requested multiple.
   I did not see any rules on the user's account that would disable it while out of office.
   Can you please check on your end for any issues? The last working code was requested at 2:12pm Eastern

    Is there a way to run a report that can show me usage reports on how many calls were made to numbers and how many were faxes? I could not find a way to get that information from analytics or the call log. I need it for the past 30 days.
