  1. With the newest RingCentral update, we are having all 3 parties on a simple conference call, hear a notice to announce yourself to join a call. This is not a meeting that we've scheduled, it's a simple connection of 3 people. We should have the option to remove this. We were given a workaround to hit *#8 to remove the announcement. We are making hundreds of conference calls per day. This is not a good solution. We need this addressed ASAP.   2. It is useful for letting people outside the company know your text is coming from a particular company and possibly give the text receiver a way to research your company further. It would also be nice to be able to add a tag line or additional contact information. This would probably be a per user setting but would even help if it was a company wide setting.

  5. I think there should be a way to remove your custom profile picture to the default image. The only way to do that now is to delete and re-create your extension. This is for RingCentral Meetings & RingCentral App.

In the Call Queue Wait Settings, there is a setting called "When members are available, but no members answer or all members are busy or unavailable" with a drop down, but the only option in the drop-down is to wait (then there is a subsequent option whether to wait for primary members or primary & overflow members).Today we had a fire drill, so all of the call queue members went offline, but callers just stayed in the queue until they hit their maximum caller wait time and got disconnected.   7. ... phone number.. When I'm on my laptop I'd like to use RC as my communication hub. Having the ability to text someone that is familliar with my cell number (non-RC) is important. The text back and forth should show on my Androic phone and in ring central.

  9. We have set business hours for our company, so that outside callers cannot reach us after 5pm, for example. HOWEVER, this also disables our own staff from calling one another. The calls go straight to voicemail. Would like the ability to have business hours for external calls and yet still be able to make calls to our internal RC users that are still in available status.

  12. On RC Classic: When you open a task to edit it, you are able to click and hold a corner button that allows expansion of the field. This feature does not exist in the new app. Why it's useful: When you have a lot more information to add to a task than just a few sentences, it becomes tedious to have to scroll through the tiny window to see what I've been typing.

  13. We have common vendors that everyone should have on their phone. Everyone would have to add these as contacts manual (even if its in a bulk upload). It would be nice if there was a way to give this power to an admin and have a 'global' address book that someone load on behalf for a select user group.

  15. In addition to recording or uploading a voicemail greeting, a nice option would be to have the ability to type it and have the text-to-speech voice read it. This would allow someone to quickly update their greeting without having to re-record themselves if there are any background noises.Thank you

  16. In Ring Central Classic app, you could adjust columns and be able to see a full task in list view and also see many more tasks on one screen before having to scroll. Now I can see only see a handful of tasks on the screen before needing to scroll and if I want to read the full task I have to click on each individual task. Not conducive for greater productivity when you have to click and scroll all the time.

  17. We as super admin should be able to have SMS logs. Users shouldn't have an option to delete text messages and faxes but to view it. Add it on the custom roles please
