Ring Central App ring even if phone is on silent
I take after hours call. Before switching to RingCentral the calls came through a specific number which I had set up as "emergency bypass", allowing my phone to ring even when on Silent. When I go to sleep I do not want my friends to call me and the ringer go off and wake me up but if my patients are calling through ring central I want it to ring and wake me up. Can you develop a setting where the ringcentral app will cause the phone to ring even if the phone is set to silent. Basically like an "emergency bypass"?

You may be able to work around this if using an iPhone with a custom Focus.
