  1. We would like to turn off the capability of Standard Users to set their desk phones to a silent tone. Users change the ringer so the phone doesn't ring when there is an incoming call. Instead, it's silence causing them to miss the call.

  2. When transferring calls, Caller ID information is only passed on blind transfers. It would be helpful if the caller ID information was passed to the new recipient regardless of transfer type.

    Hello everyone, this has been implemented in 22.3.1. This version of the app was rolled out to all accounts over 8/25-8/31. No additional action is required to initiate the feature on the app, please confirm you are on at least 22.3.1. This feature allows for caller ID to transfer in these scenarios. Warm/Consultative Transfer: - Incoming call from PSTN/RC # to RingCentral and transferred to RC number Blind Transfer: - Incoming call from PSTN/RC # to RingCentral and transferred to RC number - Incoming call from PSTN/RC # to RingCentral and transferred to RC voicemail The feature requires the following endpoints to work successfully. This applies to both the user invoking the transfer as well as the user who is the destination of the transfer.Desk phones: Any Poly, Avaya or Unify models.   5. I have a Poly CCX700 purchased/leased through you guys. Myphone says 'Visible as "Spencer Smith" to other devices. How can I change this so I can keep my headset connected but my personal name is not broadcast to everyone within Bluetooth range

  6. The customer has an emergency alert system that triggers using an extension, such as 5304, which activates the alert on device 8180. After transitioning from Mitel to RingCentral, the manual SIP provisioning information requires the "username" field to be entered into the 8180's extension field. The emergency alert system depends on this extension to trigger correctly. Currently, this setup is not functioning as needed because the "username" field from RingCentral's manual SIP settings is tied to the phone number, not the extension number. The customer requests a feature that allows the "username" field to be used as the extension number.

  7. Feature Request : BT would include Poly Edge E series ip phones

    Details : to have BT include the poly edge E series as supported phones since the current 411 only BT doesn't have it as a supported phone while other partner brands already have them included.

    Current behavior : unable to connect to the server to complete assisted provisioning

    Current Behavior: Mitel's device presence features allow users to see the availability of colleagues (busy, idle, etc.). However, there's limited functionality for monitoring incoming calls on another user's phone.

    Desired Behavior: Enhance device presence and call monitoring capabilities for the Mitel 6930 IP Phone to include:

  17. Our Poly E450 and E350 are both used as a Common/Hot deskphones. When a User login there is no "log-out" key. I was advised by the representative to use the Admin Portal or *91 since some of the deskphone model do not have log-out button.
