  4. Currently O365 contacts are listed a separate contact inside the RC contacts. any Merged contacts from different sources that have the same contact number get listed multiple times, these duplicate number matches should be removed.
    Left side top from O365 connection, bottom is Teams/RC directory. Right side Blue arrows is primary number, Red arrow legacy dedicated fax.

  5. When creating a custom role there are some options that are greyed out and are assigned to ALL roles.

    It is necessary to be able to EDIT all categories to create a perfect ROLE.

    For example, I want to create a role with NO access to company's contacts, today that is not possible since that option is greyed out.

    PLEASE, allow SUPER ADMIN to edit all categories and choose what to display to users and what not.

    Should be as simple as enabling the option to edit all categories.

  9. It would be very helpful if there is an option to upload a company wide phonebook that will be used by all users. I just spoke to Ringcentral support and was advised that at the moment, the only option is to upload individually to each user which is not ideal and time consuming. A better option would be to upload to the admin portal and all users can pull the contacts from there and it would be great if each user is given an option when saving a new contact to either save it as a local contact (for their…

  11. Currently My desktop App Contacts do not sync with my mobile app contacts despite using the same login information. If I am unable to be in the office I cannot access my clients numbers from my cellphone app. And who wants to type in all that information twice

  14. When a call comes into a team member from ring central, there should be a way to save that call under a master account so that all team members have it saved going further and the next time that call comes in, the team members will know who its for and to pick up. Another way is if one person on the team saves and then its pushed to other team members automatically.

  16. i would like to drag and drop a contacts database from excel into RingCentral. People in inspections, sales, or purchasing as well as other areas where they make numerous contacts would benefit from being able to import contacts in bulk.

  17. Please allow CSV contacts to be uploaded in full, customer is adding 5593 members but is only able to add 13 members once the upload reaches 5000. In addition, creating contact group only allows 200 at a time - cust requests if the contacts can be selected all at once.

  18. Uploading corporate contacts to the deskphone would be very beneficial, manually adding the corporate contacts from the phone is a very time consuming process. Even if we would be able to download the contact list and then upload them to the phone via a USB port would faster.

Client is asking for more data in the contact details to able to search when using the global search or when using the search field in the contacts.Currently you can only use first name, last name and phone number to look for a contact – either it be personal or corporate contact.Add new fields for a contact as per the next slide and make these fields searchable in the search engine.I have suggested notes, Skills and Location as additional fields.Alternatively it would be sufficient to have the possibility to include custom field which can be used alread today as above…
