Offer Mobile Numbers for RingCentral EU and UK Brands
Currently, RingCentral EU and RingCentral UK primarily offer fixed-line (landline) numbers to their customers. This feature request proposes the expansion of the offerings to include the ability for customers in the EU and UK to acquire and utilize mobile phone numbers directly through the RingCentral platform.
Proposed Solution:
RingCentral should develop the infrastructure and partnerships necessary to allow customers in the EU and UK to:
1. Acquire mobile phone numbers: Through the RingCentral portal, similar to the current process for acquiring fixed-line numbers.

Ability to adjust the call recording prompt before it play (10 seconds)
The ability to adjust the call recording prompt and play it once the call is successfully connected. The customer would like an option to set a delay, such as 10 seconds after the caller picks up. They mentioned that callers typically hang up after hearing the call recording prompt before hearing us.

We recommend adding Korean phone numbers to RingCentral to help businesses connect more easily with customers, teams, and partners in South Korea. Having local Korean numbers available means companies can create a local presence, making it easier for people in South Korea to reach them without international dialing costs. using Finland IVN number as CLI
current behavior: Outbound call using IVN has limitation for EU that is can only use CLI for the following countries (UK, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, Italy, Portugal, Austria, Belgium)
Finland IVN (+358) as CLI is currently not included in the list of counties in EU causing the number to error as "no routes found" when making an outbound call.
Desired behavior: to be able to use Finland IVN as CLI for outbound calls in EU account

allow customers to enable dialing to all countries as a blanket choice.
As a business owner, I want my team to be able to call any country, any number, any time. I should not have to provide written consent for individual countries, rather, I should be able to elect to enable international dialing as a blanket choice.

To include Saudi Arabia in RingCentral International Numbers Supported Countries
The customer would like to assign an international phone number for their employee based in Saudia Arabia.
Informed that Saudi Arabia is not part of Supported RingCentral International number.
Submitted this feature request on behalf of the customer so that they may be able to work with their Saudi Arabia-based employee in the future through RingCentral

Indonesia Number to forward calls
Ability to forward calls when RingCentral Indonesia number is dialed to another local number in Indonesia. Currently, the workaround is to have someone answer the call and then the person who answered the call will be the one to transfer the call.
