Permanently minimize the AI Notes and Transcript box
Users asking to disable the the popout for notes and transcript when they dial a phone number
- you can turn off the auto note taking but you cant stop the pop up box from appearing on the phone dialer pop out. it is annoying to close it on every call and have it constantly moving around the phone dialer pop out.
- please make the feature able to be completely disabled including the auto pop out. for the users who want this minimized
- some users may want the AI assistant for other areas of the app but not for the pop…

Hi all, when the call screen/ dialer is popped out of the app, you are now able to minimize the AI Transcript and Note screen. Please ensure you are on the latest version of the app for this update. Thank you!

Have numbers show up as "From" on RollOver calls.
When calls RollOver to another queue, they do not show the number that it is trying to RollOut too. This used to be a feature in the old RingCentral Phone App. The app should in include a "From" to indicate that the call came from one extension, and rolled to another.

Reduce the loading time for RC embedded app in Microsoft Teams
When using the RC Embedded app on Microsoft Teams, it take about 10 seconds for the app to load and to be ready for usage.
Can you work on reducing this loading time to 5 seconds or less in future releases?

Site specific directory, Hide the company directory from specific users only
Hi, We are working with a blind users on this application and we have multiple sites across the same Ringcentral account, it has been suggested I submit a feature request so that we can work towards hiding the company directory from specific users, this would allow for a site specific directory to only view the contacts from that site. At the moment the software is still unusable because our staff member is getting lost between the different sites as there is no way of her to be able to tell what site the extension is from, If we could filter…

Hotdesk in Germany
At the moment Hotdesk Devices in Germany with a German number are only supported, when you use the setup of limited extension devices as per this support article (https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/8863.html?brand=RC_US&product=RingEX&language=en_US)
This has the disadvantage that you can always place a call from this device which is not expected or whished by the client to happen. Also it requires an additional limited extension license.Instead, the behaviour should be like when setting up UK devices, meaning:
- Hotdesk works as you would expect
- no calls possible when logged out

Ability to dial out while there is an incoming call
Ability to dial out while there is an incoming call, after the latest update the ability to dial out while there is an incoming call is no longer available. You need to ignore the call first to be able to dial out which is inconvenient for customers that has a call queue and receiving a lot of calls.

When users click the conference icon on the iphone app, and then click the the Start Conference button at the bottom, the AI Notes button right above the hang up key is totally grayed out and cannot be turned on

entering a phone number with alphabetic characters in the app should resolve to a telephone number
When entering a phone number under "Enter a name or number" in the Ring Central app, alphabetic characters are currently not resolved (800-MYAPPLE).
the system should resolve that entry as a number. in this case, it should call (800) 692-7753,

Allow custom fields for calls (Tagging/Documenting)
The customer would like to customize their call recordings for documentation/organization purposes. For example, they would like a text field where they can label the call and recording according to their claim, so they can easily document and tag them.
This is very helpful for tracking and simplifying tasks and provides efficiency.

The Message Data Export tool currently allows the selection of an individual user’s messaging history. However, it exports all conversations that user has participated in, making it difficult to isolate and retrieve communication history between two specific individuals.

Fax Message Transmission Result email should include a copy of the document that was faxed as an attachment.
Having a copy of the document that was faxed attached to the Fax Message Transmission Result email will be very helpful. In our case, as a law firm, we need to add a copy of that email to the case as proof that the fax was sent successfully. Having the document attached to the confirmation email will make it easier for the Legal Assistants, Paralegals, and Attorneys to identify which case that fax belongs to.

Option to Disable Account Validation
At the moment, account validation is mandatory, which requires a user to complete an authentication process when signing in to a new device for the first time. We would like to have an option to disable this feature.

Add an option for the Recurring Meeting on the new Simplified RingCentral Video experience
On this rollout for selected customers, the Recurring Meeting option is no longer an option. Our customers need this option to be added again so that they will no longer need to perform additional steps just to set up this feature.

Caller-ID Outbound Telephony for (paired) deskphone
Currently for and end user it is quite cumbersome to change the caller id of the desktphone. Unlike for the desktop app you cannot do this directly in the application and instead need to switch in the preference menu.
This is not a good user experience when you are using especially a paired phone.
Please add another row to allow a user to change the caller id of the deskphone more comfortably for the configured deskphone.
Or automatically adjust the own caller ID in the phone when pairing the phone?
