Allow RingCentral App for Print-to-Fax Settings without ATA Device
We would like to request the ability to enable the Print to Fax feature within the RingCentral app without requiring an ATA device to be set up. Our goal is to allow RingCentral applications to send fax documents directly to designated printers so that they are printed immediately, bypassing the need for any ATA hardware.

Have the ability to Block Faxes that does not have a Caller ID
Customer is requesting the ability to block incoming faxes that do not have Caller ID. Current system limitation: only available option is Call Screening for “No Caller ID,” which applies to both voice calls and fax traffic. Customer specifically wants fax-only Caller ID filtering without impacting incoming calls.

Fix Automatic Fax Printing so that it works in A4
Currently the Automatic fax printing in Avaya Cloudoffice is unable to resize faxes to print in A4 - it generates printouts in A4 but for any printouts that are outside the margins of A4 it adds a blank page before and after each page of content.
This doesn't happen on every fax, but it is a very frequent occurrence in our environment, so much so that we can't use automatic printing, despite it being what we need to suit the system. Instead our team are having to manually print all faxes as they arrive.

Fax and call has different routing on the extension
We want that we can set a separate routing for a fax and separate routing for the calls. Example: I want all calls to the extension to be routed to an external number but all faxes to the extension will still be routed to a different number on a given time like either after hours or business hours

RC App print to fax plug-in for multiple attachments
Print to fax directly from the browser or other application using RC App print to fax plug-in
When using the old RC Phone App (Spartan) by printing directly from multiple browsers, the attachment will just add up (normal)
When using the New RC App Glip (Jupiter) by printing directly from multiple browsers, the attachment will replace the previous attachment (not normal)
In ther words, only 1 attachment is allowed at a time.Customer requested that if possible to mirror the functionality of RC Phone app print to fax plug-in

I get a lot of junk texts and junk faxes. However, to confirm that they are junk, I have to open each one look at it and then delete it.
I get a lot of junk texts and faxes. To confirm that they are junk, I have to open each one and look at it, which is a slow process. As a consequence, I have left all these junk messages in my queue and worry that some non-junk is lost in that mess. It would be helpful if there were a way to get a better faster, preview of faxes and texts and quick access to a delete button for them rather than having to go down a menu level

Option to Fully Disable Fax Capability on Voice Numbers
Currently, there is no reliable way to disable fax traffic for a phone number. If a number is assigned to a user extension and set to "Voice Only," any inbound fax attempts are treated as voice calls and will ring all active devices and apps associated with that extension.
Ideally, there should be an option to fully disable fax functionality on a number. This would result in a failed transmission status for the sender, clearly indicating that the number is not enabled for fax. Allow to send faxes to non T38 transmission
Allow sending fax using G.711u.
At the moment, RingCentral only supports T.38 for faxing.
There are customers that are still using G.711u for faxing. We need to make sure that it works regardless of the transmission method.

Ability to Disable Inbound Faxing for a DID While Allowing Outbound Fax
We would like to request the ability to disable inbound faxing for a specific DID while still allowing outbound faxing from the same number.
Currently, when faxing is enabled on a DID, both inbound and outbound fax capabilities are active. However, there are cases where users only require outbound fax functionality and would prefer not to receive inbound faxes on that number.
