  1. Remove Automatic check on "Add opt-out message" when sending SMS

    When any of our users send a new sms message, the "Add opt-out message" is by default checked. We want that to be unchecked automatically.

  2. disable the SMS opt out box

    when I go to compose a new text on the desktop app or on the mobile version- it automatically checks the box for "add an opt out message" we want it to be unchecked as the automatic setting or default

    we don't send marketing or mass text messages so we don't want it to look like it's coming from a computer or like it was automated when it is not.

    The caller ID for the main company number is shown by default for any text messages sent from any individual extensions. The idea is similar to having caller ID show as the main company number rather than the individual extension.

    RingCentral should provide the capability to manually opt out a number directly within the RingCentral app’s text tab and settings upon verbal request from clients or customers. This functionality would greatly enhance convenience for business owners and their customers by enabling them to efficiently and promptly process opt-out requests.

  10. RingCentral SMS integration with HubSpot to include photo-only messages.

    Currently, text messages that contain only photos are not logged into HubSpot. It would be beneficial if these messages could be logged, and ideally, the content of the screenshots could be integrated and displayed within HubSpot directly from RingCentral SMS.

    Business Impact:

    • Ensures all customer communications, including image-based messages, are fully tracked in HubSpot.

    • Provides a complete interaction history for agents and account managers.

    • Reduces the risk of missing important visual information shared by customers.

    There is no option to disable/remove the additional verbiage in a MMS group chat.
    When sending a text to a group chat (MMS), each text being send has "Opt-out" verbiage.
    There must be an option to disable or remove it in every MMS being send

    Increase the maximum number of named group texts beyond the current limit of 30. Ideally, allow at least 100 named groups, or make the limit configurable based on organizational needs.

    Have a way to remove or disable the "Add Opt-out message" check box from the bottom of a text exchange. It does not need to apply to all text exchanges and we don't want to inadvertently check it.

    With a recent update, the search feature disappeared in the text message templates, and it makes it difficult to find templates quickly.
