User Groups do not respect Role Permissions
User Groups override permissions from assigned Role Permissions for the assigned Manager of the group. User Groups should specifically respect ALL role permissions and should be subject to the Role Permission OR the User Group should contain it's own list of Role Permissions. This benefits Company's that are trying to control who has access to specific features within your system. I've run into issues where the Manager in the User Group overrides the Role Permission for a supervisor with restricted permissions to features and allows them to have access to changing the Outbound Caller ID. This becomes an issue when Queues, and Numbers that should not be allow to be shared with outside clients are able to be selected. And we don't even know it's doing this because we can't see what the User Group allows or not.
