Option to receive fax on online account and application when using ATA

Option to receive fax on online account and application when using ATA- It will be great if we have an option to still receive fax on online account or application when there's an ATA setup on the receiving extension.

    This is critical and to really hampering our current day-to-day business. I have no idea why customer support told me I should vote on this thread. Is this thread running for president?

    Absolutely important. I switched from Nextiva where this was a default. I called support and was suggested to vote on a thread.... this is not expected from RingCentral.
