Objective: The purpose of this feature request is to enhance the compatibility of the Poly Edge E Expansion Module with the RingCentral system. Currently, the module is restricted to displaying a maximum of 48 name/number entries, and manual configuration attempts are rejected by the RingCentral server. This proposal aims to ensure seamless integration, allowing for more than 48 entries and, upon certification, facilitating assisted provisioning for users.Background: The Poly Edge E Expansion Module is currently not fully supported by RingCentral, and manual configurations are met with rejection by the RingCentral server. The accessory is expected to be certified in the Q2 timeframe, offering an opportunity to address these limitations. This feature request aims to prepare for the certification and subsequent assisted provisioning of the Poly Edge E Expansion Module, enabling a smoother user experience.
