Be able to group members in the call que
In my scenario, I would like the ability to ring multiple users in the que at the same time, but not by selecting "Route calls to members". In other words I would like to ring 2-3 people at the same time and then if no answer move to the next group or user. Just like I can setup in the user extension area. That way if the first group misses it would fall down thru the que as it does now. We are able to work around this by creating another user and use it as a forwarding extension to other users. This worked this way for about 4 years until recently you have changed the platform and now charge this forwarding extension as a mobile user. This could be resolved in our case if grouping could be used in the call que's I think. The other reason for this was in the past the que would not ring the app and only the desktop phone. I have tested this now and it works on both. This is in a Multi-Site account and there was problems with users from different sites being able to know where the calls were coming from.
