We have several lead vendorsWe want the client to hear the name of our company when they call in, but we want our loan officers to be able to see the lead vendor name & the type of client they have on the phone when the call is coming in. So if i give my lead vendor auto receptionist number 111-222-3333 for example - and i want them to dial this number when they have a VA Home Loan client on the phone - then i want my loan officer to see the lead vendor name - VA when the call pops up on their caller ID I want the lead vendor to have one of these numbers for FHA and another for Conventional and i want my loan officer to be able to see that its XYZ Lead Venor calling with either the FHA or Conventional borrower on the line.
