We need to have an option for the users to enter a pin first before dialing internationally. This is to protect the account from fraud.

We have a phone in a classroom and would like to require a password/PIN for outbound calls to prevent unauthorized use during off hours. Is this possible? Obviously 911 calls would not need a PIN. I appreciate any help.
