Disable SMS on User's End
There should be an option to manually disable SMS on user's end once SMS notification is received.

Absolutely. I should not be charged overages if I go over on SMS, I should have the option to disable it before I go over. I do not use it regularly but cannot prevent useless messages from coming in and using up my quota.
