external call forwarded to call queue
Is there a way for people answering calls in a RingCentral Call Queue see prior to answering the call who the call was originally for when a direct call to someone is forwarded to a Call Queue?
Currently on our RingCentral the person in the Call Queue just sees it as a general call to the Call Queue and not as call originally for someone else's number which has been forwarded to the Call Queue

We have same problem, external calls forwarded to reception call queue can't display original user called party, its a critical point.
