Have a tone when a new message is received
When I'm not staring at the Ring Central app, I've learned that I miss several messages due to no audio alert. Would it be possible to have quick short ding when a new message is received?

Also need personalization so I can know that a Ring Central message was received.
OR cases have been held up as I don’t know I was messaged until I happened to look!
