Customizable (Keyboard Shortcut) Hotkeys on RingCentral Desktop App

To be able to customize keyboard shortcut keys found on the RingCentral Phone App to become available on the RingCentral Desktop App including the use of F1-F12 keys.

    We should have the ability to add keyboard shortcuts and change the shortcut keys to a custom combination. Example of new shortcuts:-Popping up telephone-Go to calendar-Go to tasks-Go to Video-Go to contacts-Create new task-Create video meeting
