Send SMS option in the active call dialpad
there should be a send sms option in active dialpad so that the operator can send sms to the customer while on call with them instead of copying the number and sending a new sms from text tab.
Use case: share quotes sms while on call with the customer so that they can take informed decision.

This feature is critical for service businesses. While speaking with a customer, we often need to send a booking link, directions, service information, or a quote immediately. The current process requires ending the call, waiting for it to appear in Recents, and then opening Text—or manually copying the phone number—which creates unnecessary delay and increases the risk of losing the customer. Please add a **Send SMS** button to the active-call screen that automatically addresses the message to the current caller and supports saved templates. Ideally, it should also work for authorized users handling calls through a main company number or call queue.
