Inbound SMS integration
Please make inbound SMS text messaging included with the plans for purposes like 2 factor authentication codes. Like phone.com, inbound text messaging works automatically without doing anything but they do need to register for outbound text messaging.

voicemail
It would be valuable to have call queue members be able to access the call queue's voicemail box in their individual voicemail boxes. Example: They should see voicemails left to them specifically and they should see voicemails left to the Call Queues that they are members of with the queue name. This allows them to manage voicemails properly and not via email.

We are a healthcare organization that spans the United States. We have RingCentral fax lines in which providers send and receive into.
e.g.
Facility 1 -> 800-100-000
Facility 2 -> 800-100-001The problem we are running into, is that the only we we can see RingCentral working is by creating these facilities as "users", and using shared access passwords that multiple users can know.
I have since set-up SSO, so our individual users can sign in, but this offers no visibility into the sites they manage, more specifically the faxes.…

Allow the import and export of key assignments in Key Templates.
Key Templates are very tedious to develop. Even more tedious is when you need to duplicate a phone template or update a large number of entries, such as with a sidecar, or creating a duplicate template on a different piece of hardware. (eg going from the Mitel 6940 to 6940W phones requires all new templates)
Request is to have a CSV Export of Key Templates details that can act as in import to either update existing templates, or create new Key templates.
Import and Export to CSV is a HUGE Timesaver on every feature set that has a large data…

Allow Custom Rule templates to be applied at the Site/IVR side.
Custom Rule templates can be created and applied at the user level, but it would be nice to have the ability to do that at the site/ivr level as well. In my case it is a large holiday schedule that we are entering on a large amount of sites. The current method is slow for having to do so many. If not allowing a template, the ability to copy/paste a date scheme would do the trick. This alone would have saved me hours of work.

Show call recording inside company call log in call information
