Additional option for call queue waiting time to let the call route to 3rd party number
Additional settings/key press/option to let the call route to either voicemail or 3rd party number instead of waiting for the maximum caller and number of callers in the queue to reach.

Since we work in Medical and have the Klara Messaging system, we need to forward our call queue VMs to the 3rd party Klara phone numbers. The lack of this feature causes this to sometimes not happen during the day, oddly this option is only available at night, making it so calls may get missed or a delayed response when they follow this path. We have rules and routing in place, but somehow some calls slip through the cracks and get the VM routing, which can cause delays in response for someone that got to it by mistake.
