Dual Presentation
This would allow for 2 people to be sharing things so there can be a presenter as well as a presentation. This could also be incredibly helpful for ASL interpreting as it would allow the presenter to speak and also have the interpreter in an accommodating view for anyone needing interpreting.

Add a volume regulation for each speaker separately.
All speakers have different microphones. Some of them are louder and some quieter. I think it is a good idea to add an ability for the user to regulate the volume of each speaker he listens to.

Whiteboard - allow only host to write on it
Sometimes you want to write or draw sth on the whiteboard but don't want the others to do it. So the option that allows you to disable writing and drawing on the whiteboard for the participants would be pretty useful.

Super Admin should have total control
What is the point of a Super Admin role if the Super Admin only acts as a regular Admin. Your knowledgebase conflicts with the app's reality. A Super Admin should be able to add Team Admins and remove Team Admins regardless of who created the Team. The S.A. should be able to rename Teams and folders regardless of who created them in the first place. Simply put, the Super Admin should be in God Mode and can change anything in the account since the Super Admin created the original account and owns it.

Rooms Connector: Report on use and alert when all concurrent licenses are in-use
Since Rooms Connector licenses are concurrent, customers need the ability to run reports on peak usage of those licenses. In addition, the customer should be able to set up an alert the moment that all licenses are occupied.

Rooms Connector: Restrict access by Role
With Rooms connecting being concurrent, the customer would like to restrict who has access to having the xxxxxxxxx@sip.rcv.com showing up in the invite and accepting rooms so that some groups of people do not occupy licenses needed by C-Suite.Alternatively, have the ability to reserve the connector licenses.

RingCentral Video generic timezone option
RingCentral no longer shows generic time zones which I depend upon when setting meetings. Mountain Standard Time, Eastern, Pacific, Central, etc. I have to find a city within the zone and that confuses the customer.

On call ringer silence
When you are on a Ring Central meeting using the computer audio the ringer on the phone and any other notifications such as email should be silenced. During the call with others on Ring Central it is very distracting and unprofessional when everyone can hear the phone ring and hear email notifications etc.

Ability to adjust size of speaking/content windows in webinar
Right now when content is being shared, the speaker window is tiny in the bottom right. Other services allow the user to expand and contract the content and speaker windows. Often I want to see the speakers rather than the content (sometimes there is nothing being shared or just static pictures etc). There might be panelists in a room in the speaker window that we just can't see without the ability to expand the window. I believe this is a functionality required to be competitive in the webinar space.

Disable 'Join Meeting' reminder if already present in the meeting
Would it be possible to disable meeting reminders if the user has already joined the meeting?Use case: Client has already dialed into their RCVideo meeting, but are still seeing reminders popping up alerting them to the meeting starting. Is it possible to prevent the reminders from firing if that user is already joined in to the meeting session?
