    Some settings are not available with Windows 11 when using RingCentral app specially on scheduling a meeting.

  2. When MS Exchange account is connected to RC you should have access to all of your meetings, even if they are not RC Meetings

    Creating a Teams meeting is pretty much the same thing as creating a Ring Central meeting. It creates a link users can click on to join the meeting, from the browser or the app. When you link your Exchange account to your Ring Central account, you have access to all your future meeting, even if they are not Ring Central meetings. That means users can also see their upcoming Teams meetings.   3. Disable hosts from being able to delete/access meeting recordings

    We have meeting hosts who are able to access and delete video meeting recordings. Their doing this will also delete the recording from admin portal. Please implement an access control where only super admins can have access to video recordings and hosts/other participants can send a access request to view the recordings.

    When someone clicks a reaction, an animated version of the chosen emoji floats upwards from the left side of the screen. The animation of reactions allows participants to express themselves visually during a meeting using emojis. These floating reactions provide immediate feedback to speakers and add energy to the meeting. This feature enhances the remote communication experience! 😊👍🎉

  8. Absolute time on Video recordings

    We don't have absolute timestamp (with user timezon or UTC) in video recording neither at interface nor as caption. But that's very helpful sometimes to have not only relative time when we're trying compare timeline with messaging or other events.

    Even RC employees are struggling with UX with translation feature for Q&A, so next points:
    - can translation be set to default language of customer? by his/her RC settings

This addition aims to address the need for delivering essential messages, such as data protection notices, directly during calls made to user extensions.

    Currently, while there exists an option to utilize pre-recorded messages within IVR menus for calls routed through the main number, there lacks a solution for playing pre-recorded messages during calls on user extensions.   15. Billing Contact info to send notifications to multiple email addresses

    • Our customer called and he also wants to receive RingCentral offers and billing updates like how is the email in billing contact info is receiving updates.
    • Educate cx that the billing contact info can only take one email putting multiple emails to its box is a feature request

    We request an enhancement to the RingCentral mobile app to ensure seamless synchronization of external shared contacts. Currently, users are experiencing issues where newly added external contacts do not appear in the mobile app without manual intervention such as device restarts or cache clearing. This inconvenience affects productivity, particularly for large teams.   19. Switch Bluetooth headset when switching meeting from desktop to mobile.

    On the desktop I am on a meeting/Webinar. I am paired with Bluetooth headset on the desktop. Now I want to switch to Mobile device for the meeting/webinar. Today I need to unpair BLE headset on desktop and repair it on mobile.

    The feature request is to automatically unpair the BLE headset from desktop and pair it with Mobile and vice versa.

  20. Disable require password for Personal Meetings in the Admin Portal

    So far, we only have the option to enable/disable the 'Require Password' option for Scheduled Meetings on the Admin Portal.
    It would be great if we had the option to also enable/disable the 'Require Password' option for Personal Meetings in the Admin Portal instead of just having the option on the RingCentral app wherein the users need to configure the setting on their own. Admins should have the option to enable/disable this feature, not just for scheduled meetings but for Personal meetings as well.
