Better Integration With Audio Devices
I have a Poly Sync 20-M (the Teams version), and other video conferencing apps that I use (Teams, Zoom, etc.) will sync the mute button on the speaker with the mute control in the app. So if I press the mute button in the app with my mouse, the speaker turns red and the mute indicator lights. If I then push the mute button on the speaker, it will turn off mute in the meeting app.

3/4 digit conference number
Creating a conference room with 3/4 digits would be awesome. Internal only to start and have the ability to add a line for external users to connect. Dialing a long distance number with a complicated code is too much for a bunch of people to connect to a conference.Having moved over from Asterisk - I miss this feature.

Play music during video meeting
We would like the ability to add music that all can hear during a team meeting on RC MVP desktop app. We'd like to be able to share a live music stream from YouTube or Spotify or similar services or the ability to play and share music files for all to hear directly from the PC. Without having to share screen and share computer audio.

All future, scheduled meetings in RingCentral Video should be viewable under the Upcoming Meetings tab, just as previous meetings appear...
... under the Past Meetings tab.. We are a mental healthcare provider and rely heavily on telehealth/RCV. Not all of our counselors are equipped with Outlook or Gmail calendars, so when they schedule a meeting in RCV, they choose Meeting Info for Schedule Using so they can copy/paste into an email to their clients. After they save the meeting, it should appear under Upcoming Meetings, just as Zoom does. Save whiteboard items set up prior to call
I use the whiteboard feature to host workshops. It would be nice if I could dial into the call days before the meeting to set up visuals on the whiteboard and have those visuals saved so they are there when the call happens vs I currently have to log into the call early to set the board up and stay on the call or the whiteboard gets erased. RC Meetings - add an option to join from RC App to the RCM Join from Browser page
In the Current redirect logic on the RC Meetings page for joining a meeting from web, https://meetings.ringcentral.com/wc/username/[meetingID]/join# there is no link on the page to go join a meeting from the RC App. Please add a link to this page to allow users to join from RC App. The reason for this is that if users have selected to never see the pop-up for RC App (or if the pop-up fails to load for another reason) on the meetings.ringcentral.com/join page, it will automatically redirect to the above join from browser page. Edit apperance options
more options to edit and touch up one’s apperance would be so helpful and is really the only option you guys lack from the competition. A lot of times I have to miss groups to go fix my face with either make up or just miss the whole meeting . Ring Central Video is too Resource Intensive
The reason for this request is that it seems unrealistic to have to close all other programs in order to have a RC video call work. One of the video attendees said if they attend a Zoom meeting, it is fine. I’m sure the issue is related to computer resources, but I am surprised there would be such a large difference between zoom and RC. We need to have Ring Central Video function like Zoon and not be so resource intensive.

Screen Guiding
I see you have an "annotation" feature when sharing your screen. It would be cool if the presenter could see what you are circling real time on their screen. So instead of having to say "click the X in the upper Right, you could use your mouse to either point them to that or circle it. Many companies use that kind of feature for customer service to guide the customer to where they need to go. Remove Pop-up window when Presenting during Meeting - RingCentral Video
Add a feature where the Participant box or another pop-up window to completely remove when sharing screen on RCV. Instead, merge it with the same window so that the Participants will appear at the top of the screen of your Video Meeting like the one that is showing from the Participant's side.

Create a feature that allows users to rewind and replay a live RCV meeting
Users would like to be able to reply to the last 10-15 seconds (or go back further) during a live recorded meeting so that they can quickly recall something that was said, shown, or discussed. Similar to how people use streaming services today, users would like a timeline bar on the bottom of the screen for live meetings that they can use to quickly rewind a live meeting to go back and hear/see something from earlier in the meeting.
