Automatic start of conferences / meetings
When a meeting is scheduled, all registered participants should be called automatically.If I am a participant in a meeting but was not present at the start of the meeting, the client should display that a meeting is currently running and that I have the opportunity to join it.- like in a live huddleThere are several providers in the European market that provide this function, this is a very big disadvantage for us and also it is convenient because not constantly someone comes too late.

Upcoming meeting only show 4 days in advance
If a meeting is setup in 2 weeks from now, the meeting does not show up under the upcoming meetings tab. It would be helpful to show all upcoming meetings. Or, at a minimum show a certain number of meeting scheduled regardless of date in the future

Status time on MVP
We would like to have view how long someone's status for example away for 10 minutes. It would be nice for managers and supervises. This is for users that are not in MaxAgent. This is preventing us from moving to MS Teams.

RC Meetings - add an option to join from RC App to the RCM Join from Browser page
In the Current redirect logic on the RC Meetings page for joining a meeting from web, https://meetings.ringcentral.com/wc/username/[meetingID]/join# there is no link on the page to go join a meeting from the RC App. Please add a link to this page to allow users to join from RC App. The reason for this is that if users have selected to never see the pop-up for RC App (or if the pop-up fails to load for another reason) on the meetings.ringcentral.com/join page, it will automatically redirect to the above join from browser page. Accurate video meeting summary
I’ve been using both the Call Summary and Video Meeting Summary features, and I’ve found that the Call Summary delivers better results compared to the Video Meeting Summary. It would be beneficial if the Video Meeting Summary could be further enhanced or if there were settings available to fine-tune how the summaries are generated to improve accuracy and relevance.

Disconnect RCV Participants in Bulk
Add bulk action checkboxes next to participant names in the RCV participants list. This will allow you to select multiple participants and, after clicking the three dots to the right, expose the ability to "disconnect all selected."
Use case: Managers hold a team meeting and would like only managers to stay on and deliberate at the end of the call. This feature would ensure no one lingers and allows participants to be dropped in bulk if necessary.

use personal meeting id or name
Allow admins to enable setting for "Use Personal meeting ID or name for instant meetings". Existing ideas exist for allowing admins to set a personal meeting name (https://ideas.ringcentral.com/forums/958499-events-video/suggestions/48028307-add-the-personal-meeting-names-from-the-super-admi). We'd also like admins to be able to set the option to use personal meeting ID or names in conjunction with the ability for admins to set a personal meeting name.
We'd like to eliminate users having to manually set these options.

Meeting Start Countdown Timer
With large meetings, it's rare they start right away and instead have a few minutes of buffer time before the meeting starts to allow people to funnel in. Currently, in order to achieve this, the host would have to share their screen to a YouTube video of a countdown timer.

Extend 'Mute All' and 'Remove Users' to all participants on RCV

Multiple Language availability for scheduling meeting invites
Hello,One feature missing in the system is the multiple language capability for the schedule meeting invite. As we deal a lot with French companies, this is very important to have the invite in french.It is quite primitive to take the whole text and translate in Google.I have worked on different platform and they certainly have this kind of feature.

Add a Visible Timer to Meetings
It would be nice to give speakers/presenters a visual queue on how much time they have left. People often present for longer than their allotted time because they are unaware of how much time they have used. Maybe have it hover over a shared screen or permanently in the corner of the window? Support for virtual cameras (such as OBS Software)
Many users use OBS for streaming to YouTube and presenting through Zoom. OBS gives users enhanced video features not otherwise available from a basic video conferencing system. RingCentral does not currently support input video feeds from software-based virtual cameras (though Zoom does).

Ability for an admin to take over a meeting
We need a way for an admin on the RC account to be able to take over Host capabilities for a meeting. Ex: Start meeting, mute all, recording, Breakout-rooms (when they are available), etc. Use Case: Sherry schedules a meeting with about 200 people invited. On the day it is supposed to happen, Sherry is out sick. There needs to be a way for someone else to take meeting host capabilities over to start the meeting and run it. Turn off incoming video
When you on a poor network conditions, it's impossible now to reduce incoming traffic, so you have to ask all people to turn off all cameras to just be able to speak/hear.I'd like to have an option to disable incoming videos to reduce my incoming traffic to hear better others.
