Add settings to host debrief or recap call after a meeting - video or call only
You just finished hosting a meeting and you want to grab a few attendees for a quick recap call or recap video meeting. You want to end the primary meeting to stop recordings, drop those unneeded for the recap. IDEA: When you hit end meeting, you get a pop up window saying "Schedule Recap?" and a list of attendees who were in the meeting. disable auto-generated text features
In a video meeting, I turned on auto-transcription and made a recording.I see in my meeting playback that there are auto-generated items: brief summary, keywords, summary, topics, and highlights. This is a very impressive and generous feature set. However, due to errors in the accuracy of auto-generated content (limitations of voice recognition and AI interpretation), and the very sensitive nature of my meetings, I would like the option to turn off the generation and/or display of all of these features. Shot Clock / Countdown for Presenter
Ability for the host to add in a shot clock or countdown on the presenter's video in the corner to ensure they are running meetings on time would be helpful to prevent meetings from running over. Then ability to add to the next presenter would be helpful as well, since multiple presentations can happen in one RCV meeting and keeping folks on track un-intrusively would be helpful in keeping effective meetings.

Resize Picture in Picture Window
The picture in picture window is too small and it is not useable for when others are sharing their screen.It would be helpful to have the ability to expand the size of the picture in picture window.This is helpful for multitasking.I do this with web-based meeting platforms such as Google meet where I can resize it and place it elsewhere, while I do other work.

Bulk export/download of Meeting Recordings from the cloud
Allow users and admins to do a bulk download/export of all meeting recordings held in the RC cloud. This would allow for better maintenance of cloud storage space, retrieval of all recordings when off boarding staff, or when in need of retrieving multiple recordings to post elsewhere for trainings and documentation.

Programmatic access to alter/access/edit virtual background
Our internal support representative brought up a customer request where they were looking to change/provide virtual background automatically for their users. Currently, there is no RCV API or programmatic way of doing that. It would be very helpful

Recording Thumbnail Video of Panelists/Presenter Stream for Webinar Playback
The video recording is just as (if not more) important as the webinar itself. This gets distributed to attendees and posted on video outlets such as YouTube and Vimeo, so being able to provide the same caliber of media as the original webinar is absolutely necessary.That being said, the video stream of the panelists/presenters speaking needs to be captured within the recording as well, which is currently not possible. Without it, the video loses a lot of the visual appeal and might as well be a PowerPoint presentation with a narrative recorded over. This is such a major downside of…

Make it easier to join meeting in browser for non-subscribers
We are losing business because our clients can't figure out how to join RC meetings without downloading and installing the client and registering for an account. When they click on a meeting link, please STOP automatically starting to download the client for them, and please make the "Join meeting in browser" option BIG and EASY TO FIND. Right now if they click "Join meeting" it doesn't join them - it starts downloading the client again, and they just get mad and tell us to use Zoom instead.

Remove logo and links to RC App from message notifications
Carlyle Group would like to replace RC Logo with their own and remove the link to download the RC App from message notifications that arrive via email.

Re-add the "Pause" option for screen-sharers.
Helps the one sharing "pause" or freeze the view without having the meeting attendees watch your mouse open and close windows that may not be meant to be shown publicly!

Add annotation to mobile apps
These are very helpful for sketching out engineering concepts for meetings with coworkers and clients, especially when paired with Apple Pencil on an iPad, and this functionality exists in Zoom, including the white-label version that is the legacy RingCentral Meetings

RC Meetings customized Log In screen to allow a company to put in a Confidentiality agreement screen in.
If we had the ability to customize the log in screen with a splash screen that would state that by joining the meeting you agree that any information contained in the meeting is confidential and propieatary............ This would be very helpful.

Save renamed participant name for future use
Hi ,After logging into RingCentral Meetings Desktop app over SSO, it always pulls the name according to my AD Account which is expected.When I create a meeting room, I am able to rename myself as a participant. However, this change will not persist for all subsequent meetings, so every time I have to do it again. And I have a lot of meetings all the time.I am sure that this small change would be appreciated by a lot of people.Alan

Floating panels able to move outside of RCV frame and across to extended screens
chat / view participants lists / video gallery in screenshare mode needs to be able to move outside the RCV frame in order to use the screen effectively
