    Ability to have moderator breakout attendees into separate additional Room. It would also be beneficial to have recording and whiteboarding capabilities in the additional rooms.

  4. Ability to invite participants to active RCV session via SMS

    It is currently possible to invite participants (while in active RCV session) via Email and Phone, as well as Copy meeting invite and/or link. The request is for the ability to send the meeting link via SMS. Option to send MMS to include .ics file would be helpful as well.

    Teams lets you post files and images to the chat. Zoom supports files. Ring supports neither.

  11. Please provide a way to link a RC Meeting to a Calendly appointment. Zoom provides this already.

    Zoom already has a link to Calendly so that clients have the option to set up a Zoom meeting. It is time consuming and confusing for all parties to have to reconnect with clients to give them RC meeting details after they have set up a meeting in Calendly.

    There used to be a feature (and one that still exists on Zoom proper) to use software/virtual cameras, like Snap Camera to enable live filters during video conferences. Please add it back!

  14. Receive email notification when person joins personal meeting room and host isn't/we aren't in there yet

    This helps let us (team of 5 here in our small business office!) know and is a good reminder if we get busy - that someone is ready for our meeting! We used to get an email reminder when someone joins our personal meeting room if we weren't in there. As of today, that no longer happens because, according to the chat rep, our account has been changed to the new version and that's not a feature. It is a lifesaver! We need that back if possible!

    It would be very useful to have the past meetings in the meetings tab to be able to locate any meetings that are required.

  16. Change End Button for Host for RingCentral Meetings Rooms for Color Blind Users

    The recent update for the Ipad Rooms Controller, Version RCM Room Versions: 21.3 (19680.0727) changed the way the layout worked. Causing the End button to be located at the bottom with similar red text. This issue makes it harder for those who are color blind to view the text here, and it looks as if it is a red block. Could we change the way this is laid out, to the previous versions, or could we change the font color to be more easily read with those who have difficulty discerning different colors?

  17. Alert host when attendee joins meeting before host.

    Zoom does this and so does RCM. Send the host an email (alternate alert methods could also be nice: pop-up in app, text message) anytime a participant joins their call before they have. If the host is running late it is very helpful to know if and how long your participants have been waiting, since some partic join late themselves, or skip calls.Currently, if an attendee joins and drops before host join, host has no way of knowing this if not told.

  19. Adding the Remote Control Support for RingCentral Video Meeting using RingCentral App web version.

    Current Remote Control support for RingCentral Video Meetings requires a full screen and RingCentral App for desktop.Providing the Remote Control feature while using the RingCentral App web version will allow a new user to utilize the Share Screen remote control without the need to register to RingCentral and install the RingCentral App for desktop to use the remote control feature.

  20. Give customers the ability to disable the rating of the quality of RCV meetings

    From the customer:After every meeting is finished we get the message please rate this call with the option of selecting how many Stars, can this be turned off?
