  1. RingCentral Video Meeting Available in Citrix Environment

    The ability to host a RingCentral Video meeting in the citrix environment and offload resource use to the local desktop. Similar to what Zoom is doing.

    When presenting a virtual cafe ,the group splits into 2- 4 groups are we able to spearate the groups for privacy?If this enhancement already exists ,how is it used?

  3. Schedule multiple meetings for the same time

    I would like to be able to schedule more than one RC Video Meeting at the same time for different audiences. We use RC for virtual interviewing and often have multiple candidates scheduled at the same time. I create these meetings from my host account and its rather frustrating that it is not possible to have multiple concurrent meetings taking place

    Even RC employees are struggling with UX with translation feature for Q&A, so next points:
    - can translation be set to default language of customer? by his/her RC settings
    - make this feature more user-friendly in Webinars UI, for now it's not so native and takes time to point colleagues to exact button

  7. Keep small window showing when meeting is active but minimized

    In Ringcentral Meetings, when the call is still going but the window is minimized, you can still see a small floating window that shows the active speaker and allows you to toggle your mute. This was very helpful and I wish RingCentral Video had this feature as well.

  9. Larger font for "Join from Browser"

    When clicking on the link to join a meeting, the "join from browser" option is at the very bottom of the webpage and seems to be overshadowed by the "launch meeting" option. Some people miss it or do not see it when connecting to the meeting and would prefer to join from the browser instead of downloading the app. Would it be possible to have that option moved higher, right below the launch meeting button or maybe make the font for it bigger so it is more noticeable?

  11. Give co-host more authority during RingCentral Video

    By having the host being the only one with access to the Meeting Room function (setting up rooms, designating participants, etc.), for larger group meetings, this does not allow for an efficient distribution of work and sharing of tasks. Giving shared authority would allow the meeting hosts / co-hosts to work as more of a team on behind-the-scenes logistics, etc.

  12. Add FireFox support for RC Video

    Currently, if you do not have the RC App installed on your machine, and try to open up a RC Video meeting link in firefox, it tells you to use either Chrome or Edge to start the meeting.Many people use Firefox, can we have the new RC Video App meeting links work with firefox?

  13. More flexible options for Recorded Meeting download

    For customers to have a choice for it to download the recorded meeting as either 2 separate files (audio and video) or as a single file (both audio and video embedded)It will be easier to upload it to different types of services without having to record the same thing multiple times, such as the audio only, on platforms such as podcasts. or a single video/audio file to video or training platforms like youtube or vimeo (for example). Also easier to manage, if errors occur on the video, but audio part can stand alone / is usable.

  15. Ability to Remove or Configure Dial-In Numbers in RCV

    In RCM, you had the ability to configure which dial-in numbers display when creating an invite for a meeting (https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/RingCentral-Meetings-Specifying-Global-Dial-in-Countries.html?brand=RC_US&product=RingCentral_MVP&language=en_US). It would be helpful to be able to do this in RCV as well.We would also like the option to remove any dial-in numbers from the RCV meeting invite through the Meetings settings tab in the RC App and Admin Portal. Currently, the only way to do this is to wait for the meeting invite to generate in Outlook/Gmail/etc., and then delete the dial-in numbers manually.

  18. Notify host by email when attendees join a meeting before the host

    RingCentral Video should add a feature so that the host can get an email if attendees join when the host has not yet joined.RingCentral Meetings has this feature alread. A toggle on service web allows the host to receive an email notification if participants join their meeting before them, this includes the names of the people who have joined (see attached screenshot).This notification is extremely useful to know when people have joined a meeting early, or even if someone joins on the incorrect day (see screenshot of notification attached). As example, I train people remotely via both RCV and RCM.…

  19. Allow special characters in user last name field

    We would like to be able to show our pronouns next to our last name, but the field doesn't allow special characters in the name field. Please either add a new field for pronouns, that would show next to the name in the RingCentral Meetings app, or allow special characters in the last name field.
