  3. As of now this behavior is by design when queue ring settings is set to ring 'Longest Idle', as for the customers to know that the queue call was answered elsewhere the call history is marked as call answered instead of missed.

  6. Option to only logs calls to 'Contact' records via Hubspot.

    In Hubspot, they have disabled 'Associations' from logging calls but it is being overridden in the RC custom telephony integration.

    This is currently a limitation; but the option to control where the calls is desired due to the number of associations linked to a single contact.

  7. Are there directions to integrate the Ring Central Dialpad (https://app.ringcentral.com/calls/dialpad) with Microsoft Entra ID SSO? I am able to integrate it with https://service.ringcentral.com/application/overview but not the Dialpad

  8. Integration with Loxo.co because that is what we use for our recruiting CRM. It is definitely gaining popularity. They already integrate with RingCentral but RingCentral does not integrate with them.

  13. Will the integration work with the Firefox browser addon if I have the RingCentral Firefox addon installed? I do not use Chrome as my default browser.  If I but install the Clio RingCentral addon through Chrome could I use the integration if I sign on to Clio using Firefox?

  15. We have used a command line along with the msi tool for IT to deploy the RingCentral Desktop app with auto-update enabled. We hare having issues with RingCentral for Outlook not auto-updating. How can I do something similar for the RingCentral for Outlook to make sure it auto-updates?
