  2. Currently, there is no way for admins to view the Do Not Disturb (DND) status of users from the RingCentral Admin Portal. The only way to determine if a user has enabled DND is by accessing their individual RingCentral app, which is not scalable or practical in environments with multiple users or contact center agents.

    This feature request is to add real-time visibility of each user’s DND status directly within the Admin Portal, either as a standalone column in the Users list or within each user’s profile page. Ideally, this would include:

If various companies were merged and customers can call different numbers depending on product, then can pick the reason for their call. The called employee currently has to ask all these questions again and has no idea what the customer called and why.

We use FindTime a lot and when using RingCentral Video links with FindTime we run into a bunch of problems.I opened a ticket with support (12440948) and they suggested a feature request.They confirmed: I was not able to click the meeting invite to start the RCV meeting. I had to manually copy and paste the link into my Google Chrome Browser for it to work. What is also odd is that when I did that and put it into Chrome, it added a semi-colon which made the link invalid. Once I removed the semi-colon, it worked perfectly.

  14. You should be able to create a task in a ringcentral team and have it appear in the google calendar. For example, if there is a team called "daily tasks" it would create a "daily tasks" google calendar and any tasks assigned through ringcentral in that team would also appear in google. Or if there is already a calendar created in google, be able to connect it to a new or existing ringcentral team.

Users who click the "Open plugin" button are redirected to a website (https://teams.ringcentral.com/assets/tab/rc/_beta/plugin-download.html?locale=en-US#/) where the most predominant button is the "download" button. The website should instead try to detect and launch the plugin, and if it is not detected, then offer to download and install the plugin.Citrix already does this with Citrix Reciever, so there's no reason that RingCentral couldn't adopt this.Alternatively, RingCentral could make the "Launch" button the predominant button and make the "Download" button smaller.The EXE installer should detect the presence of the MSI and not allow installation to continue.   17. I’d like to suggest a new feature for the RingCentral integration with Microsoft Outlook. It would be incredibly helpful if users could manage their call forwarding settings directly within the Outlook interface.

    Right now, managing call forwarding requires switching back and forth between RingCentral and Outlook, which can disrupt workflow. If we could set up and adjust call forwarding settings right from Outlook, it would make the process much easier and more efficient.

    The idea is to have an intuitive interface for call forwarding settings within the RingCentral tab in Outlook, similar to what’s available in the RingCentral app. It…

    I have multiple accounts with ring central. It is difficult to keep on track with different accounts since we are can only log into one account at a time. I believe I am not the only person with multiple accounts, Is there a way to be able to switch from one acct to another under 1 umbrella log-in without logging out of one?
