    It would be great that RingCentral had some sort of integration with Zoom and other similar companies like zoom. So that we could provide a link or meeting code to people that use Zoom. Not everyone wants to join using RingCentral or have had issues with it in the past, so they are reluctant to get on a call or video call unless they use their platform.   2. Forward call to one number when busy and forward call to another number when unanswered

    We've just sign up with RingCentral and I'm trying to migrate the configuration of Nextiva to RingCentral. We have a setting in one of the account, whereby if the phone is busy, forward to the first number, and if the phone is not busy, forward to the second number. The current control handling options of RingCentral is not capable to fulfill that mechanism.

  3. Integration with AgencyBloc

    It would be awesome to have an integration into the popular health & life insurance agent crm system. Another provider already works with them, but they are smaller and not as robust as RC. Ideal would be to log and save call recordings directly into client profile within AB and synchronize contacts into RC. AB currently works with Intulse VOIP

  5. Support for Google shared contacts sync in Chrome extension

    The Chrome extension is syncing the contacts from their Google Enterprise directory. The request is to be able to sync the Google shared contacts as well, which may include contacts outsides of the organization.

  6. Archiver (SFTP) to support auto-generated SSH key passwords.

    Please add Azure SFTP with SSH as a solution to your archiver, Azure is the second largest cloud hosting provider, and yet no solution from RC. We want data secure within our environment and encrypted while in flight and at rest, the reason we want Azure with SSH.

  7. More control over apps for team chats

    We use various integrations with some of our chats that provide us updates from monitoring and status providers for our systems like Statuspage, OpsGenie, Pingdom, Jira, etc. The problem is that when the people who make the apps leave the company it breaks these integrations, and they are used by more than just the person who made them. It would be nice if you could create these integrations so they are not tied to a specific user or be able to reassign them to another user to manage.     Hello, we purchased 3 new Jabra evolve2 75 headset for some of our team members and I want to know if you have a better integration than the generic offered, although my sound is at maximum the sound via the RC app is low, incoming and outgoing, the answer button directly on the headset is not working also.

  10. disable Provisioning related email alerts sent to users

    We are planning to FULLY turn on AD/azure Provisioning for Ring Central
    Every time I test with Provision on demand an email alert is sent to the user.
    I don’t think it should be triggered at all, should be just added to a daily report Admins can view
    daily report of all Provision related changes

  12. Permit Retroactive Archiving of Data in the Archiver

    I assumed the Archiver would permit me to save the past 90 days of data residing in RingCentral. This does not appear to be the case, though. The Archiver only allows me to save data going forward. So I must watch helplessly as my last 90 days of SMS messages disappear. I can save a lifetime of SMS/MMMS in my cell phone for no additional cost. I have to pay RingCentral extra to save the same type of data in THIRD PARTY CLOUD STORAGE.When I originally signed up for RingCentral, I had no idea of the minimal data retention limitations.…

    Some customers may desire to have the ability to control who can add 3rd party apps for use on RingEX. This is to prevent information leakage via a 3rd party app.
