  4. Would it be possible for RingCentral (HubSpot) to automate call dispositions, meeting types, and call outcomes? JustCall seems to offer this functionality, and implementing something similar could enhance efficiency and save time for users.

  5. The AI transcribing and notes feature that's on the desktop app is not available for the integration. This would be a great feature since this can be added to the phone call and connected to the contact / relationship in the CRM automatically, instead of having to type out notes.

  8. Enable voicemail messages from RingCentral to be routed automatically to a HubSpot account via email, so they can be logged and associated with the relevant contact or deal.

    Use Case:
    Many teams use HubSpot as their primary CRM and communication log. While RingCentral currently offers call logging through its native integration, voicemail messages often remain siloed in RingCentral, leading to missed follow-ups and fragmented records.

    We would like to get this done without relying in Zapier since you can only connect accounts in Zap as a user-level.

  9. Also, there should be the ability to record each users voice for outbound calls. It would be so simple to do! For example each time a user makes an outbound call the voice recording of the user could say, Hello, this is ______________ from XYZ company on a recorded line.... then the user would just take over the call seamlessly. Your current way of announcing causes everyone to hang up! This is super important in Florida as we are a two party consent state for call recording.   13. Requesting to add the option for Call Transcription for this particular RingEX integration:
    https://www.ringcentral.com/apps/salesforce

    The other option is to currently use the RingSense integration, but it is preferred to have the call transcription added to the package we currently have installed instead of opting for RingSense.

    Details : By Default issue warm transfer is not set on the phones directly and they would have to configure them manually on the phones web GUI to allow attended transfer to be applied and had to apply it on each phone on the cx account that is a Yealink T46U, T48U, T57W and W76P

    Current behavior : blind transfer is set for the yealink transfer key

  17. Using the Ring/HubSpot extension for all calls using the browser, and only having the desktop program open to view the HUD. Setting the Ring/HubSpot extension for all calls to go through the RingCentral app rather than the browser resolves all of the above issues, but then he will have two apps side by side that he needs to jump between to do different functions and it introduces a couple extra button presses.
