RC for Hubspot SMS features
Question 1 - I see that we can set up templates and we can attach small files. Is it possible to same a template with a file attachment?
Question 2 - When RingCentral logs an SMS activity in HubSpot, it does not attribute that activity to the person that sends the email. This means that our reports that track salesperson activities does not include the number of SMS messages they send as they are not attributed to them.

Increased Detail in SMS Logging
Just now starting to integrate SMS into our workflow/processes and into our HubSpot portal. I would like to see multiple things added into the body of the "Logged SMS" that the integration creates.
Currently the log is just this: "[Inbound] SMS from {Contact A} (Contact A Phone) to {Contact B} (Contact B Phone)"
I believe that the actual content/body of the text is vital to these logs. Without that context, a logged SMS is not helpful except to know that communication is happening. But from a full activity timeline and for transparency, I believe that the body of those messages…

Stop RingCentral Cards within MS Teams
Starting last Friday, my users are getting ANNOYING “cards” EVERY day!
Using the Teams plugin. These unsolicited “cards” need to stop. Whoever thought this was a good idea to force this onto customers should be fired.
This triggers the notification indicator on the app and the taskbar. People are non-stop complaining ever since this was forced onto us.

Ability to "Share" voicemails in Teams Embedded App
In the RingCentral desktop, we have the option to share voicemails which apparently is non-feature while using the Teams app. The only option we have is to "Download" but I feel that the extra steps to export and import a file as opposed to sharing the voicemail to someone within the company can be felt on our productivity.

Filevine Integration - AI Case Summary & other Ring Central features.
Filevine Integration - Provide endpoints in the API to enable data such as the AI case summary, the call transcript, and the call recording that are currently not provided to the Filevine integration. These features are needed for our integration but aren't being allowed by Ring Central.

remove HUD
I have very few employees and HUD is completely irrelevant to my business. Every time I open the app, it opens to HUD and I need to click over to favorites. It is a real pain to do this EVERY TIME and I should be able to opt out of it somehow. The rep advised that I cannot either make it default to my favorites, or remove the extension. Please make either one, or both of these options available. Thanks.

RC QA Management
One enhancement that would be very helpful is adding an option, when building the evaluation form, to have the total score automatically pre filled when the form is published, allowing evaluators to deduct points as needed, instead of manually entering scores for each KPI. This would save significant time, reduce manual effort & improve efficiency. Since one of our main goals in moving evaluations to RingCentral is to minimize manual processes, this feature would add great value.

Freedom to download old versions of RC App VDI Universal Service
Ability to or feature to which customers are free to download old versions of RC App VDI Universal Service. The https://support.ringcentral.com/download.html page only has new versions available. Availability of older versions would be a lot of help.
