  2. Currently, SMS that are blocked by RingCentral, for example using link shortener are still showing as sent in Hubspot. We think that if the SMS is blocked then it should not show up on the record or should show up with some indication it was blocked and not received if this is possible.

    1. Currently this is a known limitation to the SF connection in integration console.
    2. Once a sf env is connected in the integration console, the CTI apps will use the integration console backend to proxy the sf requests. This makes all these requests use the admin's token that was used to connect the env to the integration console.
    3. Because now all requests are using the admin's tokne, the tasks created are all created by the admin. Although the service makes an effort make the owner the user who handled the call, but not sure if that works for all cases, especially…

  8. We connected our RC archiver to BOX to store recordings, but the file naming convention was updated in the process. The file name now makes it difficult for our automation to extract the phone number and relate call recordings to records in Salesforce. Is there any way we can adjust the file naming convention when file move from RC to Box?

    When users send SMS messages via the Dynamics integration, selected contact names revert to displaying only phone numbers after the message is sent. This occurs across all users and contradicts documented expected behavior.

    Requested Enhancement:
    Ensure Dynamics contact names persist across SMS conversations, conversation lists, and logged records for the full SMS lifecycle.

  11. At the moment, the dialer doesn't natively map the Caller ID name into Salesforce lead fields out of the box because of how carrier data is structured. When you click the + button in the RingEX for Salesforce dialer to create a new Lead from an unknown inbound call, it will automatically populate the Phone Number, but it cannot native-extract and push the CNAM (Caller ID Name) into the Salesforce 'Caller Name', 'First Name' or 'Last Name' fields.

The customer attempted to integrate RingCentral SIP with ElevenLabs' Conversational AI using standard SIP over TLS, but encountered TLS handshake failures due to certificate validation issues (legacy CN field, SANs mismatch). RingCentral's current SIP endpoints are designed for device registration only, not for SIP trunking, which limits integration possibilities with modern AI-driven platforms. The customer would like to request native SIP trunking support or improved compatibility for third-party platforms like ElevenLabs.

  14. Disable email notification for MS Teams changes.

    For a couple of days now, I have gotten a message from service-uk@ringcentral.com saying first "Presence Sync for Microsoft Teams Disabled" and then "Presence Sync for Microsoft Teams Enabled", all while I have not done anything at all with Ring Central, nor have I done anything to the settings. Why is this happening? Can you please make it stop?

  15. Security UX Bug Report: The 'Protect your account' modal explicitly instructs users to verify the URL is service.ringcentral.com. However, the OAuth flow redirects to login.ringcentral.com. This creates a trust-gap and trains users to ignore URL discrepancies, increasing phishing risk. Requesting the modal text be updated to include 'login.ringcentral.com' as a verified domain.

  17. Unlike some competing integrations that support a centralized “service account” or “global admin” authorization model to sync data for all users simultaneously, the current RingCentral for HubSpot integration uses a 1:1 user authorization mapping.

    Because of this design, each individual user must complete their own authorization step to establish the connection between RingCentral and HubSpot. If a user does not complete authorization, calls may still function normally on the RingCentral side, but call logging and integration-related sync features within HubSpot will not work for that user.

    It would be beneficial to introduce an option that allows HubSpot or RingCentral admins…

  18. At the moment, we do not yet have an option to keep the ACE service enabled while selectively disabling the automatic posting of call logs to Salesforce or any connected CRM.

    Currently, the call logging behavior is tied to the ACE service functionality, and there is no separate setting available to disable only the auto-posting feature.

    Call Recordings for RingCentral are available for playback within the HubSpot ecosystem for each call recording and object that is created with a recording. The recording is always stored on the RingCentral side and is not available to be stored within the HubSpot environment due to storage limits
