Using the Archiver feature, specific to Smarsh it would be very helpful if you can customize the data or make certain data fields more descriptive when sending the data to Smarsh. Currently the data is sent as is and once the data flows into Smarsh many of the data fields are blank are use general terms. For example, allowing for the users first name and last name to flow through would be extremely helpful.

Hubspot call task
We were using RingCentral for HubSpot chrome extension to call our customer before. And now as this sees sunset, we have added the RingCentral as a full integration into HubSpot and started using Call function.
What's happening now is, when we start a call type task from the task queue in HubSpot, it automatically calls the customer. Which we do not want. We want the control over when to call the customer.
We have contacted HubSpot and at the moment they don't have a setting to turning off this feature. Please have a feature in RingCentral to turn this off.

User Context Logging for SMS in HubSpot integration
By design, the system displays the following format after a text message is logged (either automatically or manually) through the RingEX for HubSpot dialer:
[Inbound or Outbound] SMS from SMS +16500000000 (+16500000000) to Ian Christopher Santos (+16500000000)
It would be great if we have the option to display who logged the text message, similar to HubSpot’s manual log option (Contact record > More > Log SMS), for reporting purposes.

Hubspot Voicemail Integration
HubSpot integration with Ring Central should provide voicemail logging. All businesses want to know if their customer leaves a voicemail. The HubSpot native caller has this integration and the system natively supports recording voicemails, so there should be a means to do similar with the Ring Central integrations.

Allow Contacts from Connected Accounts (M365, Outlook, Google) to be Added to Favorites
Currently, users cannot add contacts integrated via M365, Outlook, or Google to their Favorites within the RingCentral app. When these contacts are the source, the option to add to favorites (STAR button) is not available.
In contrast, contacts originating from RingCentral, TELUS, or AT&T can be added to Favorites without issue.
Users should be able to add contacts from connected accounts (M365, Outlook, Google) to their Favorites, provided the contact has a valid phone number. This aligns the behavior with contacts originating from RingCentral, TELUS, or AT&T.

HubSpot SMS workflow automation to reflect in Hubspot
Currently, SMS messages sent through HubSpot workflow automation are successfully delivered but are not automatically logged to HubSpot activity feeds. This creates a gap in activity tracking and makes it difficult for users to see a complete communication history within HubSpot.
