    Call Recordings for RingCentral are available for playback within the HubSpot ecosystem for each call recording and object that is created with a recording. The recording is always stored on the RingCentral side and is not available to be stored within the HubSpot environment due to storage limits

  2. Call queue non-members and pickup members should have the option to use the call queue Caller ID, even if they are not part of the call queue.

  6. In scenarios we are given email addresses of the agent, and don't know the actual agent id, it would be helpful for APIs like /v1/admin/accounts/{accountId}/realTimeData/agent where we can pass a filter value, i.e. email that will return a subset.

  7. RingCentral would benefit from adding a conditional function in its Workflow Builder that detects when a customer reply consists solely of an emoji or a reaction to a previous SMS. In such cases, the workflow should have the option to suppress or halt automated responses, preventing unnecessary or repetitive messaging. This enhancement would improve customer experience by ensuring that automation remains context-aware and avoids responding inappropriately to non-textual interactions

  8. Disable email notification for MS Teams changes.

    For a couple of days now, I have gotten a message from service-uk@ringcentral.com saying first "Presence Sync for Microsoft Teams Disabled" and then "Presence Sync for Microsoft Teams Enabled", all while I have not done anything at all with Ring Central, nor have I done anything to the settings. Why is this happening? Can you please make it stop?

  15. Using the Archiver feature, specific to Smarsh it would be very helpful if you can customize the data or make certain data fields more descriptive when sending the data to Smarsh. Currently the data is sent as is and once the data flows into Smarsh many of the data fields are blank are use general terms. For example, allowing for the users first name and last name to flow through would be extremely helpful.

  20. when the caller is put on hold the custom hold music will play and after you unhold and hold the caller again, the hold music should continue where it was left it should not start from the beginning.
