  5. Intunes is limited to mobile only, and silent install via intunes is not available. It would be great if silent installation via intunes will be available as it is more easy to execute to the other devices.

  6. I would love to be able to personalize the default subject line logged for an SMS in Salesforce. Notably, if I could make it "SMS with <name>" or--even better--"SMS about <x>" from the first line in my notes or something of the like.

  7. is there a setting for that "Set DND status from Do not accept call queue calls to Take all calls"? I have the users set to on for both member status and queue status as well as making sure they cannot edit their status but I don't see any DND status.

  8. In the RingCentral for Hubspot plugin, users are required to have their HS email match their RC email for them to authenticate.

    For some use cases where it is not ideal for users to have their own logins in Hubspot, they won't be able to utilize the plugin to log their calls and for the C2D feature.

    There should be at least a workaround for situations similar to this.

  9. In the CTI, whenever a user gets a call from the call queue, they see the call queue name as opposed to the caller ID (which is a direct reflection of the setting followed by the RC app).

    Most would prefer to have the caller ID set since so it will be easier for them to associate the call inside of Salesforce.

  10. Can we have a something that takes the data from calls, and imports it into Power Bi? the current reporting dashboard is ok, But the ability to import that into Power Bi would be great!

  11. Current methods allow for IT to uninstall the RingCentral EXE app from one user/profile (ie the logged in user) but there should be a method to allow IT to uninstall/remove the EXE from all users/profiles that could exist on a machine.

    The new MSI deployment tool allows IT to centrally deploy the EXE so it would be preferred to enhance this same tool vs a separate tool for uninstalls.

  14. Due to area code, phones don't match numbers calling with numbers in the Corporate Directory. We have a corporate directory set up, but any entries there don't match the numbers that call us, and the names from the directory aren't displayed. I've done some testing with the local directory; I'm very sure this is because it sees the number with an area code as different from the same number without it (For example, it would see 01234 567890 and +441234 567890 as two different numbers and not match them) But attempting to edit the corporate directory with 0's instead of…

    1. Click to dial
    2. From the CTI dialer

    It would be great if we have an option to have the Call button from Hubspot working after installing the RC for HubSpot dialer

  17. We have identified an issue where our system does not fully support call validation from Google. The problem occurs because Google begins playing the validation code before the call is actually answered. This happens due to the greeting that RingCentral plays before the app or phone starts ringing, leading to the code being provided before the call is picked up.

  18. Currently, the RingCentral for Outlook integration is only visible using the old Outlook layout.

    It would be great if we have the option to have this available in the new Outlook layout.

    Per Microsoft KB: COM Add-ins will not be supported in the new Outlook for Windows but will continue to work in classic Outlook for Windows.
