  2. We were using RingCentral for HubSpot chrome extension to call our customer before. And now as this sees sunset, we have added the RingCentral as a full integration into HubSpot and started using Call function.

    What's happening now is, when we start a call type task from the task queue in HubSpot, it automatically calls the customer. Which we do not want. We want the control over when to call the customer.

    We have contacted HubSpot and at the moment they don't have a setting to turning off this feature. Please have a feature in RingCentral to turn this off.

  5. Ability to or feature to which customers are free to download old versions of RC App VDI Universal Service. The https://support.ringcentral.com/download.html page only has new versions available. Availability of older versions would be a lot of help.

    Currently, when an inbound call is received through the RingCentral for HubSpot integration, the preview window displays the previous incoming call information instead of the current one. The request is to enhance the integration to display the correct caller number or caller ID in the inbound call preview window in real time.

    Current Behavior:

    • The preview window shows the last received call information instead of the new incoming call.
    • In some instances, the preview window gets stuck on the loading screen or displays a blank page, preventing the user from viewing caller details.

In the RingCentral desktop, we have the option to share voicemails which apparently is non-feature while using the Teams app. The only option we have is to "Download" but I feel that the extra steps to export and import a file as opposed to sharing the voicemail to someone within the company can be felt on our productivity.

  8. In Hubspot Reports, users can view records for calls, Meetings, and Emails, but no information is pulled for SMS activity.

    The Report has an SMS column, but it displays 0, although under contact activities, we can see SMS transactions.

  12. Do Not Disturb (DND) dropdown option for UK and EU tenants to define call routing behavior when on DND.

    Currently for UK and EU accounts, when users enable Do Not Disturb (DND), incoming calls are automatically rejected with default behavior (e.g., busy tone or system-defined action).
    There is no user-level or admin-level control over how calls are handled while DND is active.

    This feature request proposes adding a dropdown menu under DND settings for UK and EU tenants, allowing them to select how incoming calls should be routed during DND.

    Currently, RingCentral allows selecting a voicemail co-recipient, enabling voicemail from one extension to be shared with multiple users’ mailboxes. The HubSpot integration does not support this functionality.

    Use Case:
    Users want voicemails from a single RingCentral extension to appear in multiple HubSpot user mailboxes, improving visibility and collaboration across teams.

    Current Behavior:
    Voicemails can only be logged or delivered to a single user within HubSpot, limiting shared access and requiring manual forwarding or additional workarounds.
