  2. As per customer, Assigning E5 Licenses to sync direct routing to RingCentral would not work for them.

    As per support site, each users should have e5 licenses for them to be able to sync each users to the Service portal.

    Customer would like to eliminate the need for E5 license to sync direct routing

  4. Our goal is to integrate RingCentral with Trello to streamline our sales process. Currently, making calls manually from Ring Central creates unnecessary work. With this integration, our sales team can directly call phone numbers stored in Trello's phone number field using RingCentral's system.

    The call will connect instantly, and the system will automatically record the conversation on the client card and can attach it as a recording so that anyone that has access to that card has a history of the calls made to that business.

  9. It would be great if we had the option to increase the size of the CTI dialer using RingCentral for Salesforce. This way, we will be able to complete the notes while logging the call without scrolling up or down.

    It's very convenient if we can increase at least the height of the dialer.

  12. Bring back the RingCentral Phone app. The new app is too convoluted and the UI is terrible. It is more capable and I personally use it because I need more features than most of our employees. Most of our employees just need to open an image that was texted in or listen to a voicemail. The old RC Phone app was super simple and easy and the UI was simple and straightforward. They could fax and handle texts and clear their call logs/voicemails easily. The new app is all over the place and 90% of our employees will never use…

  13. There have been several cases that have cropped up for this issue over the years. This does not seem to be a bug since the user management is inteded to be done on the active directory side though, if we allow an admin to disable the user on the service web portal and this prevents the user from being deleted on the RC side when it has been removed on the AD side that seems to be an issue.The customers believe this should not happen.   17. Currently, the Analytics Reports works by assigning 'Roles' (hierarchy)

    Ex. Users with Brisbane Students roles report to users under Brisbane Advisors roles. The Brisbane Advisors will see the reports of Brisbane Students. However, Brisbane Students will not be able see the other users with the same role on the reports.

    It will be great if we have the option in Analytics Reports in RC for Salesforce to create a group under the same role and they will be able to see other users with the same role on the reports.

    Picklist value will not work for them beacuse they have a thousands of information that they use in Salesforce for a long time and picklist value will not work for them they need an option to have a look up value.
