  1. The current user mappings only assign a phone number based on the country code, area code, state, city, and postal code., not by site or any other attribute. When they add the unassigned user extensions to the account, they must assign a device and phone number in the region they are provisioning for, and they must assign the unassigned user extension to the site they will be using for that license.

    It would be great if we had the option to provision users and assign them by 'Site.'

As a company we rely on our Microsoft Teams status (NOT RC) to let staff know our availability and more importantly to route external calls to relevant call queues\voicemails, etc. when unavailable or on a call. We use RC Teams embedded dialer app to make\receive external calls. DND is the only Teams status that sync's across to RC and drops that status into DND which will achieve the desired result of forwarding calls on for answer via call queues etc. I would like to see the following Teams statuses achieve the same thing.   4. For Automatic Call Recording in UC, it would be nice to have a separate message played for inbound calls and outbound calls. For example, when someone calls into an extension that has inbound calls recorded, the get one message. When someone calls out on an extension that has their outbound calls recorded, we could have a different message that states Who is calling and then after informing them of calls being recorded. If they know who is calling, then we may not have as many hangups.

  5. Intunes is limited to mobile only, and silent install via intunes is not available. It would be great if silent installation via intunes will be available as it is more easy to execute to the other devices.

  7. When RingCentral App detects that a Contact is not using RingCentral App, the customer doesn't want any pop-up recommendation to send an invite to the Contact to download and use RingCentral.

  10. The EA is a telephony-focused app that uses our platform presence status. However, the RingCentral App has another messaging focused status that is also being used. This extra status used in RingCentral app causes the 2 HUD displays to show different results.

    The usage of this presence status in different apps may vary.

    It would be great if the status in RingCentral and MS Teams Embedded App is synced or unified which is the main purpose of the Presence sync feature.

  11. Clicking the Dial button / Phone icon in the Home page of Dynamics 365 only pull up the RC App for outbound calls and not using the RC for Teams Desktop Plugin. The RC for Teams DP only works when clicking the phone number to make outbound calls in the Contacts page of Dynamics 365.

  15. It would be great if we had the option to integrate WhatsApp into MVP office plans.Currently, there is no direct way to integrate WhatsApp and their MVP account. The only way is by having a RingCX Digital account and connecting to WhatsApp. If they need help in setting up RingCX Digital account, they will have to reach out to their Account Manager or our Sales team.

  16. When the caller dialed the main number and the User needs to callback, the main number will show as the User's Caller ID. When the caller dialed the direct number of the user, the caller ID will be the direct number when the user calls back.

  17. Currently, it only shows the caller's name and number for incoming calls on RingCentral for Hubspot or any integrated applications.

    It would be great if we have an option to also display the dialed number/callee number if there's an incoming call to determine which phone number the customer is trying to reach if they have multiple numbers in the account.
