  1. For web telephony integrations including Hubspot, users do not have a way to view the multimedia attachment sent via MMS and as a workaround will have to open the message view the RingCentral app.

    It would be great if MMS support has been added soon for users to stick to one app (Hubspot) at a time especially for companies that rely on the MMS feature to send media.

  5. Summary:
    When an incoming call is received via the RingCentral App, the call notification overlay takes focus and covers the screen, interrupting active tasks such as typing. This occurs for all team members, even when someone else answers the call (e.g., a colleague answers, but the overlay still appears for others).

    Impact:
    While the interruption is brief, it happens consistently throughout the day and disrupts workflow, particularly during typing or data entry. This frequent disruption is becoming increasingly frustrating for the team.

    Is there a way to adjust the overlay behaviour or limit it to only the intended call…

  6. We are implementing Yardi CRM IQ and they are having issues with call routing. Here is the note from Yardi support. "When we call any third-party number, we need a response of 180Ring, indicating the phone is in fact waiting for someone to answer. Instead, with Ring Central, they provide us a SIP response of 200 OK, which means the call has been answered even when it really hasn't been.   7. For Automatic Call Recording in UC, it would be nice to have a separate message played for inbound calls and outbound calls. For example, when someone calls into an extension that has inbound calls recorded, the get one message. When someone calls out on an extension that has their outbound calls recorded, we could have a different message that states Who is calling and then after informing them of calls being recorded. If they know who is calling, then we may not have as many hangups.

  16. Currently, we only have a ringing tone for incoming calls on RC for Salesforce.

    It would be great if we had a notification/tone or flash app option whenever a user receives a text message, voicemail, or fax using RC for Salesforce.
