  3. Use Case: Employees use MS Teams as their primary collaboration and video conference tool. RingCentral is the phone, SMS, and fax service provider.   5. Up until a year or so, anything my organizationor user would receive a fax the fax's content would be in the notification email in a pdf file. This was very convenient and did not require us to log in to the app or the portal to read the content. It was flexible.Now, I must log into the app (on my phone) or on the portal (on my computer) to download/view the fax message. Instead of moving towards integration and facility this was a move backward.

  7. Customer would like the existing OKTA integration to be able to delete and recycle user licenses rather than just disable users.Currently the onboarding process works fine, its just the off boarding process that takes a bit of time.

For security reasons, the customer SFIL MUST disable file sharing in Glip to avoid propagation of viruses.When disabling file sharing in Glip Admin, users can still exchange Code Snippet.Customer demonstrated that they were able to share EICAR virus using this feature.They consider this as a security threat and want to disable that capability of sharing code snippet when file sharing is disabled.

  12. The request is to be able to transfer live call to RingCentral Co-worker (warm, blind, to VM). Currently, when on a live call, RC for Dynamics offers ability for user to transfer. However, search results yield CRM contacts only

  15. Right now, we only have the option to use one domain per account.
    With a multiple site set up, it will be great if we can integrate each site to a different Microsoft Teams domain.
    For example, one site is name@emortgagecaptial.comname@emortgagecaptial.com and the other is name@saxumventures.comname@saxumventures.com. They are two different Microsoft accounts.

  17. Some customers use Teams as their primary collaboration and calling application, with 1,000's of users using MS Teams. Adding MSI support for the new RingCentral Embedded Dialer Plug-In for MS Teams would be a way to be able to strategically deploy it.

  19. Even if I have the unread switch deactivated, I will prefer to be able to choose if the new unread messages can go on top of the rest of the messages (ignoring the teams, messages etc). Just put on top all the chats where I have new messages.This is because all the unread messages are spread all over the list I have in left side of the UO window and it is possible to skip some messages, especially if the list with the favorites is pretty long...
