Add new contact, with option to "switch on" in order to share with all other users.
This is similar to the google/microsoft fix, but this would allow for one personal google account be shared with all users, giving them the ability to import all google contacts imediately, for everyone, but then moving forward additional contacts would also be shared when they get added. Nextiva has this feature of sharing contacts company wide when creating new contacts.

Archiver SFTP scheduling
Currently when configuring Ringcentral archiver with SFTP all connections are held open 24/7. This will slow down most FTP servers with more than 10-15 users on the archiver. SFTP connections should only open when the archiver has data that it needs to archive. We need a scheduling feature so that clients with large user counts can actually use the archiver.

MS Teams RingCentral Cloud PBX Outage Status
I'm sure several companies must now have Microsoft Teams integration via RingCentral Cloud PBX, but there's no Service Status for if there are any outages or failures going on. This would help us determine if there's a global outage so that we submit tickets accordingly

Salesforce Plugin - Improve error/pop-up messages would help to not confuse users about when and not to install the Plugin
Not all users know they already have the Plugin and they tend to install it again and it goes nowhere as they are not allowed to install apps and IT has already done it using silent install. If they could at least just see that they only need to launch the plugin, it will prevent confusion to the users.

Integration between crm AND campaign when opting in
Cx is using a CRM that has an option to ask clients for opting in for SMSunfortunately since cx is registerred for TCR they will need to ask again the customer to opt in for the SMS causing sometimes for the customer to disregard it. causing on the campaign to be affected,we want to have an option to integrate the CRM and campaign for the enhance business sms 10DLC

RingCentral for Hubspot | Click-to-SMS should display the SMS history/thread above the field where they can compose the message for them...
... to see if they have interacted with that client in the past instead of visiting the activity field in Hubspot. When using click-to-SMS via Hubspot, the customer is not seeing the past thread or history, unless they go to the activity fields in Hubspot or if they open their message history from the RC extension. Visual indicator on the minimized Salesforce extension when the user is logged out.
On occasion a user doesn't realize their Salesforce extension is not logged in. This causes calls to not be logged. The extension is minimized so the user doesn't see the Sign-in button. It would be helpful if the minimized extension would have a visual indicator that it is not logged in.
